These documents allow our valuers to begin preliminary checks and prepare your report efficiently.

Quantity Surveying Services (BOQs, Estimates & Cost Planning)

For clients requesting Quantity Surveying services, please submit:

  • Architectural drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections)
  • Structural drawings (if applicable)
  • Any MEP drawings (electrical, plumbing, mechanical)
  • Copy of the land deed / survey plan (if available)
  • Project brief or special requirements

Our QS team will use these documents to prepare accurate estimates, bills of quantities, and cost plans.

Construction Supervision Services

Via the BVQSS Construction Progress Tracker (BVQSS-CPT), please submit:

  • Executed contract documents (if available)
  • Approved architectural, structural & MEP drawings
  • Bill of quantities or cost estimate
  • Construction programme / work schedule (if available)
  • Contractor and key project personnel details
  • Site location and access information

These details allow us to set up your project on the BVQSS-CPT platform for structured supervision, progress tracking, reporting, and transparent project oversight.
