Browne's Valuation & Quantity Surveying Services Ltd (BVQSS) began as a professional practice in 1993 and was formally registered in 2009. Over the years we have built a reputation for technical precision and ethical service, supporting financial institutions, legal professionals, developers, and private clients.
All valuation reports are prepared in accordance with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Valuation/Professional Standards and the International Valuation Standards (IVS).
